Due to our growth and expansion, Worldwide Education is opening an office in Bristol in September 2022. We are looking for an ambitious Branch Manager to join our company.

The ideal applicant will have several years’ experience in recruitment/sales and be a professional individual who is committed, open and honest and takes pride in providing the best service.

Your main responsibilities would include:

1. To create and deliver a recruitment strategy that is in line with the overall business objectives
2. To select and manage all external job boards by regularly reviewing terms of business and negotiating rates in line with current market value
3. To maximise the use of direct sourcing methods including CV libraries and LinkedIn
4. To monitor and oversee all activity and tasks completed by the recruitment team
5. To build strong relationships with local clients and to visit them regularly
6. To conduct regular 1-1 appraisals and encourage staff development
7. To ensure effective and proffesional communication is paramount
8. To ensure that all candidates and clients receive an excellent level of customer service
9. To monitor all activity within each department and offer support to the team

The ideal candidate will fulfil the following requirements:

• Proven experience managing a team of at least 5 people
• Previous experience within recruitment or a sales/target driven environment
• Strategically minded with the ability to plan ahead, forecast and reflect to improve recruitment process
• You will ideally come from the Education sector, or willing to become an expert in that area
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ambitious and motivated
• Strong communication, spelling and grammatical skills
• Organised and efficient
• Excellent phone manners
• Able to drive your own car
