Worldwide Education, The UK’s premier supply agency, is currently recruiting for the role of Operations Manager to be responsible for both our Langley and Liverpool branches. The role will be mainly based at our Head Office in Langley, but you will be required to travel to other offices when needed.

Job Description

As a successful and growing recruitment company, the Operations Manager would be responsible for the effective management of our office staff at our current sites and those in our expansion plans to include:

• Interviewing and selection of office staff
• Training new and existing staff
• Action planning and assigning work and strategies for office employees
• Carrying out appraisal and performance reviews
• Motivating staff to work to their full protentional
• Quality control of our sales teams performance and commercial offering to clients
• Productivity of the sales team
• Ensuring WWE is providing the best service to clients and potential candidates for our workforce
• Overseeing the safe and efficient operations of all of our staff
• To serve as the company lead on regulatory issues
• Enhancing our operational procedures in relation to Business delivery systems, information flow and management of business processes, management reporting, Company-wide compliance with policy and law
• Budget Management
• to manage staffing levels, wages, hours, contract labour to revenue considerations

Salary for the Operation Manager role

The salary for the position is between £40000 to £45000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Role Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant area of speciality and/or evidence of experience in all of the above
• 5 years of experience working as an Operation Manager
• Experience working within the Education sector and its concepts, practices, and procedures or evidence of parallel experience with examples
• Experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals and hit key performance indicators
• Experience leading and directing the work of others
