Reprographics Assistant

Worldwide Education, The UK’s number one supply agency, is currently recruiting for Reprographics Assistants who are enthusiastic and motivated to undertake long term cover in vibrant and energetic School Settings in High Wycombe and surrounding areas. A successful reprographics assistant will be responsible for reporting to the Resources Manager and providing a reliable and efficient reprographics service to staff.

Purpose of the job

  • To provide a reliable and efficient reprographics service to staff.
  • To regularly check supplies and place new orders

Main Responsibilities

  • Photocopying, printing and print finishing
  • Producing booklets
  • Collating and laminating documents
  • Liaising with the IT Support Team and Photocopier Supplier in relation to any issues with the machines.
  • Running regular reports for faculties to show total and breakdowns of reprographics costs.
  • To keep a record of the quantity and cost of resources used by Faculty.
  • To maintain a first class level of customer service ensuring that all customers are treated efficiently and in an appropriate manner.

Other Responsibilities

  • To be aware of and comply with the codes of conduct, regulations, policies and procedures.
  • To work as part of a team.
  • To supervise students during lunch breaks as required by the school.
  • To be responsible for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
  • To encourage positive attitudes and behaviours and set high expectations for all colleagues and students.
  • To be student facing and undertake duties as allocated on the whole school rotas.
  • To be responsible for own and team health and safety including well-being.
  • To actively participate in the School’s appraisal system.
  • To do Continued Professional Development as agreed with the Line Manager.

Due to the nature of this role as a Reprographics Assistant, it will be necessary for an enhanced criminal record disclosure to be undertaken, together with other safeguarding checks, including obtaining references from previous employers.
