Secretary (Grade 5)

We are currently recruiting for a high level, high quality, confident PA for our large Client in Liverpool.

We require a highly experienced person who can hit the ground running. All candidates must be highly experienced with a minimum of five years experience as a PA at assistant director level.

The role is 35 hours a week, working 9:00 am to 17:30, starting ASAP until the 22/1/2021, with the potential of being extended for the right candidate.

Requirements

To be considered for this position:

  • No formal qualifications required, however a high level of literacy and numeracy is essential.
  • Experience of dealing effectively with a diverse range of people
  • Have or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
  • Able and willing to work flexibly and demonstrate initiative after initial briefing.
  • Ability to develop and maintain procedures and systems that ensure effective communication
  • Able to deal effectively and establish good working relationships with people, both internal and external
  • Good organisational/administrative skills with the ability to prioritise and plan workloads and work to tight deadlines while under pressure.
  • Able to work independently and within a team and develop a wide network of contacts internally and externally.
