Worldwide Education, The UK’s number one supply agency, are looking to speak to experienced Year Engagement Officer interested in a permanent contract based in a school in Slough.

A successful Year Engagement Officer will be expected to support the leadership of the pastoral department, ensuring students are safe, have positive well being and are ready to learn. Responsibilities of a Year Engagement officer include, providing a supportive service that meets the needs of students who require help in overcoming barriers to learning that prevent them from achieving their full potential, both inside and outside school and to establish supportive relationships with pupils.

Pay – Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications ranging from £23,000-£29,000 per annum. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are shown below.
