Educate 2Gether Training is currently looking for an Adult Education Tutor for School Admin & Finance learning Programmes, to start in January.

The role involves delivering learning programmes in Further Education (19+). The course will be delivered face-to-face in Slough. Educate 2Gether will provide the resources, however the Tutor will need to be familiar with the resource content and prepare delivery sessions, as part of their role.

Purpose of the Role of Adult Education Tutor for School Admin & Finance:

• To effectively deliver lessons in School Admin & Finance
• To provide a high-quality education to the students
• To ensure the needs of the students are met with proficiency and professionalism

Essential criteria:

• Proven experience in Education and Training for up to 20 students
• Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships
• Real work experience of the subjects you are delivering
• Confident, engaging, able to enthuse learners

Desirable criteria:

• Adult Education Tutor qualification or Assessor qualification
• Qualification(s) pertaining to the course subject you are delivering
• A current DBS on the Update Service

We will also consider candidates who are currently working towards their Assessor qualification or are willing to start this qualification.
