We are excited to offer this full-time position as a Compliance Officer within the Langley area, SL3 (Berkshire)

We are seeking to recruit a motivated, passionate, and dynamic individual with an eagerness and motivation to learn, develop and progress in a rewarding field. As a Compliance Officer, you will be offered the opportunity to train and learn all the indepth skills required to become a successful Compliance Officer.

Pay

The pay Salary for the Compliance Officer position ranges from £26,000 – £26,500 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Main purpose of the role as a Compliance Officer

The role of Compliance Officer will focus on the following:

  • To provide administrative support to the team, contributing to the smooth running of the office.
  • To carry out all the relevant vetting checks, ensuring all the candidates comply with our stringent Safeguarding Policy.

Main tasks and duties as a Compliance Officer

  • data processing
  • dealing with telephone and email enquiries
  • creating and maintaining files
  • carrying out all the relevant vetting checks, including DBS and references
  • chase references and outstanding documents
  • creating and maintaining database entries
  • copying and scanning documents
  • organising the post to be sent
  • creating the staff ID badges
  • filing
  • adhering to the company’s data protection policy

Key skills required for the role of Compliance Officer

To be considered for the position of Compliance Officer, you will need the following skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Professional phone manners
  • Extremely good attention to details
  • Ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.

Hi I’m Samantha. I joined Worldwide Education in 2017 and since then I have developed my
career within in recruitment. I am now the Branch Manager for Langley and work across the
Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire area. I am currently completing my level 3 in recruitment
