Educate 2Gether Training is currently seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Early Years Assessor to join their team. As a dedicated training provider, we are passionate about supporting individuals in achieving their full potential. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering training, conducting assessments, and monitoring learners within the Early Years sector.
We are excited to offer this full time position as an Early Years Assessor within the slough area Sl3 working hours will be between 8:20-16:00 Monday to Friday.
Payment for the Early Years Assessor role
The daily payment for the role of Early Years Assessor role ranges between £120-£150 per day depending on experiences and qualification.
Main responsibilities as an Early Years Assessor will include:
Conducting initial assessments
Delivering engaging face-to-face lessons to groups of adult learners in Slough
Ensuring that teaching materials are up-to-date and in line with industry standards.
As a course tutor/assessor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Early Years courses at level 2 and 3, striving to exceed awarding body quality standards.
to have the ability to build strong professional relationships with employers and learners, along with exemplary motivational skills, is crucial.
Requirements for the role of Early years Assessor:
To hold relevant qualifications in the subject area
Assessing/teaching qualifications such as CAVA or AiET.
Up-to-date industry knowledge
GCSE or equivalent qualifications in English and mats are essential.
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and e-portfolio systems, are required.
Good Communication skills
Strong Work Ethic
