Worldwide Education, The UK’s number one supply agency, are looking to speak to experienced Learning Support Assistants and Teaching Assistants who are supportive and motivated to undertake day to day supply cover within the Reading (RG1) Area.

A successful LSA / TA candidate will be expected to work alongside dynamic, supportive teaching staff and senior leadership team as a Learning support Assistant in various schools and commit to delivering the highest possible level of learning and support in a safety-oriented environment.

Pay – Salary for Learning Support Assistants / Teaching Assistants ranges from £82- £90 per day dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are shown below.

Requirements

To be considered for this Learning Support Assistant / Teaching Assistant position, you will:

  • Be passionate about working with Children as an LSA
  • Hold a Learning Support Qualification (desirable but not essential)
  • Hold or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
  • Have experience working in mainstream and SEN British Schools and be able to demonstrate supportive techniques and integrate all children when possible.
