Job Title: Nursery Manager
Location: Haslemere, (GU27)
Position: Full-time with immediate start
A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead our clients well-established nursery school. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact, modernise operations, and inspire a passionate team dedicated to childcare.

Key Responsibilities:
Help create and support nursery processes and rules, maintaining the esteemed reputation of our client.
Foster a fun and supportive working culture within the team.
Lead and manage nursery operations in collaboration with the owners.
Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks including procurement, rota management, and banking.
Ensure the EYFS curriculum supports diverse learning styles and fosters children’s independence.
Plan and lead meetings with nursery staff.
Prepare for Ofsted inspections and work towards inspection goals.
Ensure educators maintain records of children progression accessible to parents.
Liaise with colleagues to facilitate smooth transitions from early years to reception.
Promote the health and well-being of all children.
Manage and plan daily activities, ensuring efficient resource utilisation.
Stay updated with EYFS framework requirements.
Personality:
Serve as a role model, leading with empathy, honesty, and accountability.
Possess excellent communication skills for interactions with the team, children, and parents.
Proactive with a problem-solving mindset, shaping the nursery’s future purposefully.
Capable of taking instructions from owners and following through on commitments.
Qualifications:
Minimum Level 3 qualification in childcare.
Minimum of 2 years’ active experience in a nursery as a deputy manager or manager.
Desired: SENCo (Special Needs Coordinator) qualification or working towards SEND specialism.

With a background in compliance and security vetting in the aviation industry, I decided to
