Position: Nursery Manager
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum
Location: Greater Manchester Area

About the Role:
The Nursery Manager will lead a supportive and dynamic team in an Ofsted-rated Outstanding setting. You will need to be a natural leader, highly organised, enthusiastic, and creative. In this role, you’ll inspire both your team and the children, creating an environment where learning is fun and every day brings new adventures.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth daily running of the nursery
Lead and inspire a team to deliver the highest standards of childcare
Uphold and promote our client’s values and ethos, ensuring children are always at the heart of everything
Requirements:
Must hold at least a Level 3 qualification in a UK recognised early years education
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Extensive knowledge of safeguarding practices
Previous senior leadership experience within a nursery setting
GCSE or equivalent qualification in Maths (or willingness to achieve this within 2 years)
