We are looking for a Office Administrator who has great attention to detail and who’s comfortable working in a busy environment. Full training will be provided.

Part-Time Administrator Job Description:

  • To carry out all the relevant administrative tasks within the Training Team, contributing to the smooth running of the courses
  • To carry out all the relevant pre-enrolment checks

Salary for the part-time administrator role:

  • Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications

Office Administrator Main Tasks:

  • data processing
  • dealing with telephone and email enquiries
  • creating and maintaining files
  • carrying out all the relevant pre-enrolment checks
  • chase outstanding documents
  • creating and maintaining database entries
  • copying and scanning documents
  • organising the post to be sent
  • issue certificates
  • filing
  • adhering to the company’s data protection policy


Role Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Professional telephone manners
  • Extremely good attention to details
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Very good organisational skills
  • Good IT skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate professionally via email
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
  • Dedication and flexibility

Office Administrator Working Hours:

  • 5 days per week
  • 08:30 to 17:00

Experience in the Education sector would be an advantage but is not essential.

Hi I’m Samantha. I joined Worldwide Education in 2017 and since then I have developed my
career within in recruitment. I am now the Branch Manager for Langley and work across the
Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire area. I am currently completing my level 3 in recruitment
practise and I am looking forward to putting my new skills to good work. I enjoy spending
