Job Title: Permanent Nursery Practitioner

We are currently seeking a Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team in Wokingham RG40. Our client is a cosy, eco-conscious setting deeply rooted in nature. With a proud Eco Schools Green Flag award, the older rooms offer free-flow access to gardens, fostering a love for the outdoors. Mini Nature Artist classes are a highlight, merging art and nature in the Nursery Oasis, where they cultivate plants for natural inks.

Spread across two floors, our clients beautiful nursery boasts four children’s rooms. About the Role:
We’re in search of dynamic, passionate practitioners with relevant experience to fulfil key worker duties. Requirements and Skills:
Full and relevant Level 2/3 childcare qualification – essential
Fluent in written and spoken English – essential
Over 1 year’s experience in childcare – desirable
Familiarity with EYFS framework and regulations – desirable
The nursery operates from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm, requiring flexibility in shift patterns within these hours. We seek like-minded individuals to join the team in delivering exceptional care.

With a background in compliance and security vetting in the aviation industry, I decided to
