Job Title: Nursery Practitioner

We are recruiting for our client’s beautiful Day Nursery, a proud family-run establishment nestled within the serene surroundings of a beautiful park in Caterham (CR3). The nursery prides itself on offering exceptional childcare services, providing a nurturing environment where children can learn and grow.

We are currently seeking a qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will be reliable, well-organised, and able to think on their feet. They must possess relevant experience in childcare and hold a level 3 qualification in Early Years Qualification.

Collaborate effectively with a small, friendly team to deliver high-quality childcare services.

Utilise your experience and expertise to engage and nurture children under 2 years old in our Baby Room.

Create a safe and stimulating environment conducive to learning and development.

Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the welfare of all children in our care.

Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent.

Proven experience working with children under 2 years old.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when necessary.

Commitment to upholding the highest standards of childcare and safeguarding.
