We are excited to offer this full-time permanent position, as a Recruitment Resourcer within the Langley area, SL3 (Berkshire).

We are seeking to recruit a motivated, passionate, and dynamic individual with an eagerness and motivation to learn, develop and progress in a rewarding field. As a Recruitment Resource, you will be offered the opportunity to train and study, learning all the basic skills required for a successful career journey.

Pay

The pay Salary for the Recruitment Resourcer position ranges from £25,000 – £28,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key responsibilities for the role of a Recruitment Resourcer

• Sourcing new candidates and matching them to a suitable role.
• Understanding the Education industry and becoming an expert in that area.
• Conducting interviews and negotiating contracts
• Process Database entries and updates (training provided)
• Deal with general queries via phone and email
• General admin tasks

Requirements for the role of a Recruitment Resourcer

• Experience in the Education environment
• GCSE English and Maths, graded A to C or 4 to 9
• Able to work under pressure
• Ambitious and motivated
• Strong communication, spelling and grammatical skills
• Attention to details
• Organised and efficient
• Excellent phone manners – 60% of your working day will be on the phone
• Strong IT skills
