Educate 2Gether is now recruiting for a Quality and Training Manager to join our office in Langley Berkshire
We are looking for a Quality and Training Manager ( Part time 3 days a week, increasing to 5 days a week)

who has great attention to detail and who’s comfortable working in a busy environment. Must have Quality and Training Management experience.

Job Summary: The Training Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality and effectiveness of our training programs. This role requires someone with previous experience in training management, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Quality and Training Manager Salary:

The salary for Quality and Training Manager is deepening on experiences and ranges between £40,000- £50,000 per annum , per rota.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Assurance:
    • Develop and implement quality assurance processes for training programs.
    • Conduct regular audits and assessments of training materials and delivery.
    • Ensure training programs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Ensure systems used are robust and meet the business needs from onboarding to certification
    • Manage and share data; including timely success rates and manage exit rates- quarterly analysis of data
    • Manage EQA visits

  1. Program Evaluation:
    • Analyse training effectiveness and outcomes.
    • Gather and analyse feedback from trainees and trainers.
    • Implement improvements based on evaluation results.
    • Lead on Quality and Operations for E2G

  1. Curriculum Development:
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality training materials.
    • Ensure training content is current, relevant, and engaging.
    • Maintain documentation of training processes and standards.
    • Work in partnership with our sister company to use their knowledge and share an agreed vision of placements/timings
    • Recruit accordingly
    • Plan annual schedules of qualification & Learning Programme

  1. Trainer Support
    • Provide guidance and support to trainers to enhance their performance.
    • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and professional development workshops.
    • Ensure trainers adhere to quality standards and best practices.
    • Align policies and procedures with the Tender contracts
    • Oversee the operations of all delivery staff holding the quality of the training delivered as a focus
    • Annual appraisals
    • Hold regular team meetings
    • Monthly 121s- check ins to review learner stats
    • Source placements- working together with local businesses
    • Observations of delivery staff

  1. Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure training programs comply with industry regulations and company policies.
    • Prepare and present reports on training quality and effectiveness to senior management.
    • Stay updated with trends and best practices in training quality management.
    • Communicate effectively with internal and external partners

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in training management or quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of training methodologies and quality standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
  • Word/Excel user

  • 9:00-17:30

career within in recruitment. I am now the Branch Manager for Langley and work across the
